A B-E-A-UTIFUL British Columbia Day!

It's February 7th today and my oh my, it looks like it's summer outside. It's absolutely gorgeous!
It's only eight degrees, but the warmth just makes me so so happy! I love after a long dreary cold/wet week, we're blessed with beautiful sun!
I was going to go for a walk to Edible Island to grab some ingredients, but sadly, I've misplaced my house key and my front door key.. so I will have to get copies re-made very soon.
Hudson and I made some Cinnamon Orange Muffins which are actually in the oven still.
Hudson is passed out in his crib.

I'm pleased to announce that Hudson has been eating a lot more fruit as of the last few days. Today he cried until I gave him a orange, he ate 15 grapes.. his banana bread, dried bananas and some nectarine.
I'm also going to buy a container of Spinach leaves to grind up and put in his smoothie in the mornings. I think it will be fantastic for him to get a kick of spinach. Makes his muscles grow bigger!

Also, on another pleasant note, Hudson's Pottery Barn bumper pads came in the mail today. If you don't know what bumper pads are, they are the pads that get tied on a crib for safety for the child.
Lately, Hudson gets all his little arms stuck in the bars and screams until I come and save him... so I think he likes his little "fort" all too much. When I put him down for a nap, he just layed there and snuggled against the bumper.
Okay, okay, but what is so awesome about these bumpers? Pottery Barn is known for their amazing style, but not only that, their high price tag.
These bumpers are worth 97 USD online, and I snagged them on ebay, brand new with tags, for a measly 4.98!!! I had to pay 21 dollars for shipping, but still.. amazing deal!

I should probably run to check on the muffins, but just thought I would share parts of my day with you!

Check in soon!
