Oh gosh, this was probably the yummiest salad I've ever eaten.. and I'm not a salad fan.
I wont claim to have created it, but I will give you a link to the lady that did.
I half the recipe as it was only Glen and I eating it.. we tried giving Hudson some of it, but I think the taste was too bitter for him.

It was such a fresh meal. My husband said that he felt so healthy and fresh, but full. He loved this meal!
My salad looks not as fresh but that's because I made it last night. I am going to take out the lettuce leaves, and put some new ones in, and sprinkle a bit more dressing that I saved on top..I can't wait to eat it again!
